You will love this cute lower level unit which is in a beautiful craftsman triplex. It’s perfect for 1-2 people. The sunshine pours in the oversized basement windows. The cozy bedroom has a queen sized bed. The galley style kitchen has a toaster oven, hotplate, microwave and all the utensils for your cooking needs. The unique part of this space is that you cross a hall that leads to the shared laundry room to use the bathroom that is designated for this unit.
The space
This is a cozy basement unit. The shared laundry room is also in the basement. To get to your bathroom you cross a hallway outside of the main unit.
Guest access
A code for the side door will be given to you a day before your reservation. This door gives access to all three units as well as the shared laundry room. And additional code will be given for the unit's private door.
Other things to note
The floor is tiled and has some rugs. Bring your slippers if you like your toes to be nice and toasty!
