So close to Ark, Quick Drive to Creation, King Bed, Stunning back yard, & Cable

My husband and I purchased this house in 2015 and have completely restored it. Built in 1915 this house served as a collection point for visitors traveling to Cynthinia KY. Our goal in renovating this house was to keep it as original as possible. The mantel, stairs, and the floors are original while everything else is in the house is new. The house is located close to Downtown Williamstown and less then 1.7 miles to the Ark. My husband and I live 3 houses down would love to come and meet you.
My dad is the Mayor of Williamstown and has worked with the Ark Encounter through its construction and opening phases. He would be glad to talk to you about the Ark if you had any questions.

* The kitchen has all new appliances including electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. It is equipped with all your cooking needs. Has a Keurig with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate K-cups for your morning wake up! The table can set up to 6 people.

* The living room has a 49 inch Smart TV with cable. A queen sofa bed couch, stunning hard wood floors and a phone charging station.

* Bedroom 1 is located on the main floor and has a king bed, with two large closets, a 32 inch smart TV with Cable, luggage rack, and charging station for your cell phone and tablet - no need to search for an outlet!

*Bedroom 2 is located downstairs and has a queen bed with a large closet, 32 Inch Smart TV with Cable, also has a charging station no more pulling and tugging furniture to find an outlet!

*The back door will lead you to the gorgeous Kentucky sunset. Hang out and watch the Sunset and let the kids can run off some energy.

*Bedroom 3 is located downstairs and has bunk beds a 32 Inch Smart TV with cable.

*A large utility room where you will be able to do all your laundry needs with extra storage.

My mom and aunt work very hard to ensure your stay feels like home. They strive to make sure everything is clean and comfortable. They go above and beyond to make your trip special. With TWO very special/ocd ladies doing the cleaning you can rest assured you will not find a cleaner place.

*** If you are not able to walk steps you can get to the basement by walking through the yard (is down a slight hill)

The entire home is yours! Feel free to cook your favorite meal, sit back and relax watching your favorite Netflix show, enjoy some family time playing board games, watch the beautiful Kentucky Sunset on the back patio. If you have any special request let us know and we will do our best to make sure you feel right at home.

There is handicap ramp that will lead you to the front porch. The gravel driveway is able to fit two cars with off road parking available. The house does sits approximately 3 feet below street grade.
