7 minutes to Equestrian Festival! Located on Traverse City`s beautiful East Bay this has just been completely updated. Condo is right on the water! Minutes from downtown Traverse City, wineries, and so much more. Visit some of our award winning wineries or sit down and enjoy some fine crafted micro brews. Enjoy relaxing in the sun on 600ft of privately shared sandy beach or rent a kayak, jet ski, or paddle board.
Cozy little condo on Grand Traverse East Bay. Condo is on the second floor with amazing views of Mitchell Creek coming out into Grand Traverse East Bay. Sunset side with a private balcony. You will not be disappointed.
You do not have access to the pool or beach chairs. I have two beach chairs in the condo you may use.

Great stay
Beautiful view of the bay from the unit. Close to Traverse City with lots of restaurant options, shipping, or scenic fall drives. Also, close to Torch Lake which is worth the stop to see the clear blue water anytime!

Lovely stay!
This was a lovely condo unit for my fiancé and me! Clean, cozy, and most importantly, a gorgeous view! We truly had no complaints, it was a great experience here. There was a beach within walking distance, which was a great bonus! When back in Traverse City, we will definitely be staying here again!

Aprille is a fantastic host! The condo is in probably the best location on the site! Beautiful lakefront view! Inside it is very cute and everything we needed was there! Very comfortable and cozy!
