Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. KOTI is in a prime location that offers easy access to local attractions such as beaches, Horses by the Bay, wineries, golf courses, and much more. The Traverse Area Recreational Trail (TART) crosses Acme Creek and passes through the middle of the KOTI property. The TART (walking, biking, cross country skiing) connects you to Traverse City and all the way up to Suttons Bay.





This vacation rental home features unique Scandinavian designed homes characterized by functionality, beauty, and comfort. It features all the amenities to include a full kitchen, washer and dryer, comfortable beds, large decks to enjoy the outdoors, designated parking, air conditioning, and modern amenities such as high speed fiber optic WIFi and smart TV for streaming.

Very nice cottage-like home. Modern interior. All the necessary amenities in the kitchen. Right next to the TART trail. Limited parking right next to the building if you have multiple vehicles. You'll have to park in a lot down the block.

Very comfortable place in nice setting

This property consists of multiple units close to each other, off a main road, with a pretty creek behind the units. Very, very nicely done, comfortable beds, amazing bathrooms, high ceilings, overall a very nice place. Also right on the TART trail and close to Traverse City. One thing to note is that the units, while tucked back from the road, are near a main road, so if you are looking for woodland seclusion, this may not suit you. Would highly recommend.

Great place! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in cabin 12. It is the perfect set up for a family of two teenage boys. Location is great. Quiet and peaceful back deck to enjoy nature. Had all the amenities we needed and located just outside downtown TC making it perfect for us to get to everything we wanted to do. Owner was great and accessible if we needed anything. I highly recommend and we will definitely be back again!
