This 6,000 square foot home offers 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths equipped with a home gym, tanning bed, game room (pool, darts and foosball) and a private office. There is a walking or golf cart driving path to the water as of 2025.


This home is perfect for an extended vacation or for unwinding after the Flintfields horse show. There is a lakeside patio with a propane grill for outdoor cooking or just plain relaxing.

All bedrooms are located on the second or third floor.

The lower level has a full bathroom located inside the gym.

LochenHeath Golf Club | This home is located in LochenHeath Golf Club. Amenities are private and are not included in your reservation, however, they are available for purchase.
