With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms boasting queen-size beds adorned with plush mattresses, pillows, linens, and duvets, comfort and relaxation are assured. The downstairs has a living, half bathroom, full kitchen, W/D and backyard access.

This vacation haven underwent a comprehensive makeover in May 2021, boasting new floors, paint, kitchen appliances, window treatments, ceiling fans, and furniture, including Tuft & Needle mattresses for a dreamy sleep experience.

The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with cookware, tableware, and utensils, while the dining area invites communal meals with its table and six chairs. Step out onto the small back patio for a breath of fresh air, or let your well-behaved furry friends roam in the fenced yard (additional pet rules and fees apply).

The generously sized living room features a 55” smart TV, ideal for cozy movie nights, along with a comfortable leather couch and chairs. A half bathroom is conveniently located downstairs, and an inflatable queen mattress is available for additional guests if needed.

All bedrooms are situated upstairs, each furnished with an Ikea queen-size Malm bed frame, nightstand with lamp, and ample closet space. Central heating and air conditioning, as well as ceiling fans, ensure year-round comfort. One bedroom boasts its own private full bathroom, while the remaining two share a second bathroom.

For added convenience, a washer and dryer are provided for your use. Please note that this unit is part of a fourplex condominium, so occasional noise from neighbors may be expected.

Two reserved parking spots are available in the shared lot, with ample street parking also accessible.

Located in a residential neighborhood just half a mile from the interstate and downtown, please note that this property does not have an elevator, and all bedrooms are situated on the second floor. Upon booking, expect a message with a link to our rental agreement.

Grand Canyon getaway.

We stayed at this property for three nights while we visited the Grand Canyon. we were also excited to find that the home is just as close to Sedona so we were able to spend a day exploring that area as well. The house was the perfect place to stay as we explored the southwest!

Grand Canyon Railroad Respite

Great Base Camp

Used as a "base camp" while visiting Grand Canyon and Route 66. Simplicity is what made the place great. Lots of small touches to make it easy to use, but lots of space for gear, luggage, and coolers.

We really enjoyed our stay in Williams. Went to Bearizona and did many other activities in town. Shopping was great. The condo is very conveniently located and was well stocked. Communication with the host was very good. He always responded quickly to any questions we had.

Williams, Then Train Ride

It was all we expected. Very nice accomadations. Perfect spot to stay so as to catch the train the next day. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so very convenient. Kitchen has everything you need but no dishwasher so we needed to wash the dishes before AND after we used them. May want to use paper plates if cooking there. Host was very accessible and responsive. We’d stay here again!!!

Good deal

Very clean and neat. I liked having a BBQ grill. Parking was easy. Grocery store is close by. The only thing we would change is the kids couldn't play in the fenced in yard bevause it's just weeds, no paio or grass. Night lights would be nice in the bedrooms. But otherwise, nice space with everything we needed.

Property was as advertised, clean and good value for the price. I think some minor tweaks could be made to elevate. No dish rags, one dish towel. Having some games (card or board) would have been nice to have. Maybe I was just spoiled with my prior experience at another location. With ratings I expected some extra touches.

For the amount we spent for this property I would have expected it to be nicer. The house was not as clean as it should be. The floors were dirty and under the beds were dirty as well. It did the job but was not very comfortable

Fantastic place, fantastic location

Stayed here with some friends during our hunt and it was so nice to come back to such a comfortable place. We each had our own rooms and having the ability to cook instead of eat out all the time was great. Easy to get to downtown Williams when we wanted to go out as well! Highly recommend this property!
