This vacation haven underwent a comprehensive makeover in May 2021, boasting new floors, paint, kitchen appliances, window treatments, ceiling fans, and furniture, including Tuft & Needle mattresses for a dreamy sleep experience.
The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with cookware, tableware, and utensils, while the dining area invites communal meals with its table and six chairs. Step out onto the small back patio for a breath of fresh air, or let your well-behaved furry friends roam in the fenced yard (additional pet rules and fees apply).
The generously sized living room features a 55” smart TV, ideal for cozy movie nights, along with a comfortable leather couch and chairs. A half bathroom is conveniently located downstairs, and an inflatable queen mattress is available for additional guests if needed.
All bedrooms are situated upstairs, each furnished with an Ikea queen-size Malm bed frame, nightstand with lamp, and ample closet space. Central heating and air conditioning, as well as ceiling fans, ensure year-round comfort. One bedroom boasts its own private full bathroom, while the remaining two share a second bathroom.
For added convenience, a washer and dryer are provided for your use. Please note that this unit is part of a fourplex condominium, so occasional noise from neighbors may be expected.
Two reserved parking spots are available in the shared lot, with ample street parking also accessible.

Pets are not to be on furniture or bedding.
Supervision and Behavior: Please refrain from leaving your dog unattended inside the home, especially if they tend to be loud or have a tendency to be destructive. We want to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.
Backyard Enjoyment: Your pet is more than welcome to enjoy the backyard space. Feel free to let them run and play. However, we kindly ask that you clean up after them promptly to keep the area clean and pleasant for all.
Clean-Up Supplies: For your convenience, we've provided bags to assist you in cleaning up any messes your pet may make. Proper disposal of waste is important to us, so please use these supplies when needed.
Leash Requirement: When your dog is outside of the house or yard area, they must be leashed at all times. This is to ensure their safety and the safety of other guests and neighbors.
There will be additional fees assessed if these rules are not followed. Pet hair on Couches or bedding will be a $75 fee. Dog waste that is not taken care of properly will be a $50 fee.
