生まれて初めてのウィリアムズ滞在。まさに異空間でした。部屋は可もなく不可もなく。治安は良さそうで、静かだし、この金額であれば申し分なし。家族経営のお父さんがぶっきらぼうですが、何事にもすぐに対応してくれて助かりました。またいつか行きたい場所です。

はじめに受け取った鍵がすでに別の人がチェックインした部屋でビックリしました。６０代？７０代？位のご夫婦で管理されているようで、女性が不慣れな感じで他の人のチェックインにも時間がかかっていましたが、丁寧に対応していました。 部屋の設備は全く問題ありませんでした。 冷蔵庫、クーラーの効きも問題なし。 シャワーのお湯も水圧も申し分ありませんでした。

Shower did not work
The room and the location are good. But the shower was not able to be used because the water temperature cannot be adjusted due to wrong faucet installation. We tried to talk to manager during and after our stay but no response returns. We never use this hotel.

グランドキャニオンへの起点
グランドキャニオンへ行く起点として利用するなら、全く問題がない。部屋も清潔。ルート66沿いなので、雰囲気もある。

Zimmer 111 war ordentlich. Das Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig, die Zimmer waren saniert. Leider haben Kleinigkeiten nicht funktioniert wie USB an der Nachttischlampe. Der Kühlschrank brummte ständig, vermutlich weil das Eisfach dringend enteist gehört. Dennoch waren wir zufrieden für das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für eine Übernachtung.

The shower tub was full of patches, the mirror wood frame was moisture ridden because there’s no exhaust fan. This place should Listed as a motel, not a hotel and even by Motel standards this is below par. The front desk gentleman was rude. To turn the heat on, you had to stand on a bed because it was on the wall above a bed near the ceiling. & smelled terrible!!! If we had gotten there earlier than 10 PM and weren’t already extremely exhausted there was no way I would’ve stayed at this hotel. The pictures posted on Expedia website for this property should be taken down as fraud. The pictures don’t match the room or the property at all. This place is a rundown, not well taken care of and a rip off to customers. This hotel was not worth $100. This hotel would not be worth $10.

It was perfectly adequate for our needs..an overnight pit stop before heading to grand canyon. The owner was pleasant. It is in need of some upgrading...holes in walls not plastered,holes which had been plastered not redecorated, broken and very sharp edged floor tile,laminate peeling off bathroom cabinet, very noisy heater/fan over bed only drowned out by sadistic train drivers whistling as they progressed through town. Electrical outlets loose and provided charging points for cell phones didn't work. But at the end of the day it was very reasonably priced and clean and beyond some maintenance am sure it would be perfectly acceptable at a higher price. All on all not unhappy

Unprofessional
There wasn’t a person to be found at the front desk (which was locked up tight at 4pm) and there wasn’t anyone answering the living quarters contacted to the front office/desk. We knocked and knocked and called and called. My family and I waited for over 15 min. before the employee showed up. She was not very professional or apologetic. The room (finishing) was below average but expected for this caliber of hotel. The main reason for staying at this hotel was its proximity to the Grand Canyon Railroad Station.

The gentleman who check us in was prompt and polite. Everything was fine, but they seriously need to leave extra blankets in the room and improve the loud, not so great heating system. The location is fantastic if you want to walk around and enjoy this amazing Route 66 town.

Motel sans prétentions, mais propre, au calme (légèrement en retrait de la voie ferrée par rapport à certains autres motels). Possibilité de se stationner juste devant la chambre. Personnel aimable. J'ai pu obtenir les clés plus d'une heure avant l'heure prévue. Situation idéale, juste à l'entrée de la partie historique de la rue principale de Williams.

Near enough to the center of town butout of the noisy range. Our 2 queen room ended up to be a one bedroom with door and second queen in front instead of the usual sofa bed. Great for families. Very clean , new paint
