High speed internet, SmartTVs in living room & bedrooms, firepit, grill, fully fenced yard (3' high). Washer/dryer, parking in the carport & driveway. Fully remodeled w/new central AC & heat.

Fully remodeled with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, retro kitchen with Robin Egg blue appliances, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Dining room seating for 6, living room with club chair and convertible sofa, electric fireplace and 50" Samsung Smart TV with streaming access.
