"beds were comfortable.... excellent water pressure and lots of hot water and it arrived quickly.....breakfast area was nice but choices were very basic..... had a very nice floor lamp in a corner of the room, would have been great to sit and read a book, except there was no chair?? Also, while it still was in place, and worked o.k., the toilet seat was completely snapped apart on one side at the back.... overall, was a decent stay, put a chair back in the room and it would be even better. "

"Excellent communication with Host. Inside the house is gorgeous. We were in Marietta for a Bridal Shower and needed a kitchen island to arrange flowers. The house had that and more. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Washer and dryer was great and plenty of parking. Close to downtown. If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs as there can be ambulances going by at night. "

"3.5 stars. I stayed in unit B. Host is great, extremely responsive. Room very clean. Bed is comfortable. Couple of items that caused me to lower the rating: There is no sitting area, its a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. There is a very small bar table in the kitchen area, but the there is no lighting with torn up bar stools. If you need to work on a computer, it's challenging. The chair in the bedroom is stained and not comfortable. There is no bedroom door and the street light shines through the kitchen window into the bedroom. Very difficult to sleep. The bath towels are nice, but washcloths are tattered and stained. I bought a washcloth and kitchen towel at Walmart. Lastly I could hear the people upstairs, walking, talking, and moving furniture. Location is close to Marietta Square. Very cute area with a couple of good restaurants. "
