This home is a delight for a small group of friends or an all time favourite family getaway destination. Kids (big & small) can explore the large 5 acre bush block, play cricket, footy or chasy.

The master bedroom with private ensuite is a quiet retreat for parents who are separated by the lounge & kitchen from the two bedrooms at the other end of the house. There is also an activity room & study just outside these bedrooms which makes a great place for kids to play board games & watch their favourite movies on DVDs.

Only 14 minutes to our town of Denmark & very close proximity to all local attractions and Denmark’s wonderful restaurants, wineries and breweries. Literally 5 mins from The Dam & 10 mins to Pepper & Salt Restaurant.

This lovely property consists of polished timber floors throughout, spacious kitchen with dishwasher, espresso machine & walk in pantry, laundry with washing machine & dryer, 2 queen bedrooms & a single bed with trundle (child use only) in the 3rd bedroom; 2 bathrooms; large lounge room with a slow combustion double sided wood fire; separate activity room with TV including DVDs plus study nook.
