I wouldn’t recommend this place to a raccoon! Had to change rooms twice. In the first one the bathtub looked like someone washed a barbecue grill in it and the shower rack laid against a wall. It took twenty minutes to get a room key to the second room. We were there for four days and no one ever cleaned our room (even after we asked for it to be cleaned). There was a baby shower being held on the courtyard and it was noisy until the wee hours of the morning.The next day at around 3 am people stood outside our door being loud and we had to ask them to move away from our door. I’ve used Expedia before but will think twice next time😱

Need improvement in the room. No iron board. Breakfast area no attended. Need more cleanness in the break fast room. In the lobby area you can smells weed. Too strong.

Signage is horrible to find the place since yhere are 3 motels together. Location was okay. Homeless walking around or sitting by the rooms with all their things. Person working there was looking in the windows to rooms that were occupied, one of them being one of the two rooms I rented. Rooms were dirty and smelled like smoke even though they were smoke-free rooms. Only good thing was water pressure and temp in the showers. Overall bad experience, won't be staying there again!

The room wasn’t very clean. There was dirt on the floor, sink was dirty with toothpaste. It looked like they picked the bath mat up and reused it before washing, there was an open space under the door to an ajoining room. We did not shower here or stay the second night. We left and found a different hotel.

The 1st room wasnt clean.was being renovated. Dirty towels filthy tub fridge and microwave not plugged only a phone shell. No insides to it. Went to front desk she KNEW the moment my husband walked in what the problem was then lied about knowing it. Gave us another room. Bad lighting. Bed moved. Floor tiles were coming up. I had asked for an accessible room due to mobility issues and was given one on the second floor, despite the property having no elevator. When I got to my room, the carpet was soaked with some white powder stuff all around the bed, and the pillowcases were stained. Curtains wouldn’t close all the way, and the Kleenexes in the box had been shoved in and appeared used. Had to stay here out of necessity, but will not be making that mistake again.

Hotel was clean. Fridge in the room didn’t work, the comforter needs to be upgraded as it has holes in it & it was hard for me to find how to turn on the lamps as it was no switch on the wall & one lamp didn’t have a way to be turned on. Upgraded are needed but room was clean & quiet.

I guess you get what you pay for!
I was told they were running out of rooms and I’d have one of the last rooms that hasn’t been renovated yet. But, not to worry, it was clean. The bathroom door had what looked like wood glue all over the outside of it and it did not latch. The bottom of the bathtub was stained and there was hair in the corner of the shower wall. I cleaned it as good as I could prior to getting into the shower but as I’m in the shower I’m realizing the water is not draining. I was standing ankle deep in a dirty tub/shower. I think I took the quickest shower of my life, just wanting to get out of someone else’s filth. The walls are paper thin and we could hear every word our neighbors were saying and there were (what appeared to be) drug and/or alcohol addicts hanging around outside. People were loud on the balcony outside our room.

The room was atrocious. Was not clean at all. The blankets had cigarette burns in them even though we got a NON SMOKING room. Also what looked like blood on the comforter on the bed. Thank god we brought our own blankets. The floors were filthy and disgusting hair in the bathtub toilet looked like someone was there before us and ashed their cigarette in the toilet. The ac unit was taken apart and smelled of mildew. I would not recommend anyone I know to stay at this hotel the pictures online are so very deceiving.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Cockroaches, dirty bedding and towels, mold in bathroom, filthy bathtub. It was so bad we needed to leave and could not stay there for one night. The front desk person was also very rude and refused to give refund. He began to feed false information that we stayed at the hotel that night despite having left for a nearby hotel.

This place was not good. We got in late. The guy said if we needed anything to let him know. When we got to the room, there was no toilet paper. There was no phone in the room to call the desk. Tried to call from my cell phone and got no answer. My husband went down to the lobby and rang the desk bell, hollered etc. no one came to help him. He was there for around 15 minutes and never got help. The tub was gross. Only 2 towels for 4 people. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

Run away. Not worth it.
