Vacation Home with luxurious pool! This 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom vacation home has a beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen creating a vacation like hotel experience that is first class! Look no further you have found the place you want to stay! Just look at the pictures and we think you will agree…our home is perfect for multiple couples or families as each bedroom has access to a separate bathroom, and there is 1/2 bath out by the pool!



It is centrally located in the Villages in between Brownwood Paddock and Sumter Landing squares...with many golf courses nearby!

In addition we fully furnished our home with all brand new furniture, appliances, linens, towels and kitchen utensils in July 2022, everything! The pictures show the new furnishings.



Note there are external cameras for security and maintenance reasons. There are 5 external cameras at the house, a standard ring doorbell with camera at the front door , a camera pointing at the walk way and driveway from the front door, a camera that points at the pool filtration and pump equipment on the side of the house, a camera on the roof pointing at the solar panels (to monitor potential leaks) and a camera that points down from the flagpole on top of the house and portion of the lanai.
