Large kitchen island with seating. Washer & Dryer. Pet friendly. The home is ready for you to begin your fun here in The Villages. Walk to pool. Home is located in the village of Monarch Grove, minutes from the new Eastport area. This house is near 7 golf courses! Publix grocery store, CVS, 7-Eleven, and restaurants are minutes away. Included in your rate are Resident ID passes for 2 people.

Perfect February

Wonderful Vacation Getaway

Enjoyable vacation rental with all the comforts of home. It is located near activities, pools and shopping. Jeff was very good to work with. He was very responsive to any questions that we had.

Our Armstrong Avenue in The Villages Review

This was our first experience renting on VRBO and at The Villages. So, it was all new to us. Jeff, our Host, made it easy for us and was very responsive. We didn’t have any issues and his home was perfect and beautiful, much beyond our expectations. We loved the location and all the walking paths near his home and got to see the local alligator on our daily walks. The WI-FI worked perfect, as I was also working from the home during my stay. Everything about the home was just as advertised, even better and Jeff provided information on golf cart rentals and good restaurants when we asked him. He also had numerous magazines about The Villages and the recreational activities. The Newcomers Guide to The Villages was super helpful. We do love to grill outside and we were unable to use the grill as it was all rusted out and we did not want to make a greasy mess out on the patio.

Exceptional!

The ideal home for our week. The home is lovely… beautifully furnished and comfortable. Location is very nice with a short ride to grocery & restaurants. There are many nice features in this home and beds are quite comfortable. It’s very quiet inside the home. The only 2 things that would make it perfect would be to include a Keurig and a golf cart. We were fortunate enough to rent a cart from Master’s since time of year was hard to come by one, but having the convenience of one included takes the stress and time out of getting one. If you’re considering this home, you would not be disappointed!

Lovely home with everything we needed for our stay. Fenced in yard was ideal for our pets. Friendly neighbors. The owner, Jeff, was quick to respond and answer any questions we had and was very welcoming to his home. Fantastic month in the Villages!
