Welcome to our brand new villa located in the Village of DeLuna, just west of The Village of St. Johns.
Enjoy the incredible kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cook. If you don't feel like cooking, we're close to lots of great dining options! And if you prefer, feel free to use the golf cart to get around.
Relax on brand-new furniture or explore all of the great paths for walking & biking. Also within walking distance: pickle ball courts and the community swimming pool, and so much more. Come and explore what our neighborhood has to offer.

Beautiful, clean villa
This was our first time visiting the villages. We loved our place and had a great time. There was some food left in the pantry, coffee and other little things that made it feel at home. We loved the squares. Brownwood square is close enough with golf cart but, I would take care for Sumter lake.

Quaint getaway
From the moment that we booked the property manager was there to help us with the process. We arrived and we were very pleased with the cleanliness and the location There was a binder with information about the Villages and what their was to do as well as information on the property Our stay was short but we enjoyed our time in the property and would highly recommend

Overall we were VERY pleased with our stay! The unit was clean, spacious and served our purpose for this trip. It was helpful that basic supplies were already there upon arrival. Communication was quick and helpful.

Most enjoyable
We had a wonderful time, the home beautiful, clean & very well equipped with everything you would need or want, right down to shampoo, conditioner & body wash in both bathrooms. We had a great time exploring all different areas on the golf cart which I’m sure was brand new. Lee & Mathis were super at getting back to us right away with any questions we had. What a great place!
We had such a good time! House provided us with everything we needed plus some. Enjoyed the evenings on the spacious lanai, comfortable furniture, nice golf cart, great location. Will be back!

This house is exactly as described. It was clean, new, and tastefully decorated. Having the golf cart was a bonus too. The host responded quickly to all of our questions. Book this place, you will be glad you did. We hope to go back next year.
