Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the condo prior to your arrival.

Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters and pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen package onto your reservation for an additional price.

Parking: Two tandem parking spaces are available. The spaces are not labeled. When facing the pool toward Miami Avenue, use the long parking space on the right-hand side next to the pool.

Beach Essentials: We can arrange the delivery of beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach essentials prior to your arrival for an additional fee.

Comfort and Convenience: This condo offers a spacious layout ideal for groups of up to eight guests. The living area provides a comfortable space to relax and includes a television and complimentary Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and essential cookware for easy meal preparation. Guests can dine indoors or step out onto the private balcony to enjoy the ocean breeze. Additional features include air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, and access to shared outdoor grilling areas.
