「Loved this property! It was clean, easy parking, and easy to navigate/communicate with management. Even though it is a virtual front desk, they respond to any needs you have. Our balcony overlooked beautiful Lake Anna and was next to a seafood restaurant. It also had a nice commons area to sit and relax. 」

「Loved this place so much. I only wish it was more affordable- the fees are really high! But you could definitely fit a ton of people in this place. There are two big bedrooms that could easily have littles plus parents. The game room was legit and one of the few places with an air hockey table! They had a lot of equipment for the lake which the kids really enjoyed.」

「Great location and great outdoor space. Home had plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 kids with enough pillows and linens. Could be better stocked. Clean. We fished, swam, floated and boated and set up a movie by the fire pit. We had a great time! There is so much waterfront here. Bring your own ANYTHING you need for cooking (salt, pepper, olive oil), grill utensils (they supplied plenty of propane), baking sheets, large serving bowls, laundry and dishwasher tabs, oven mits, bug spray, “pool”...

「Everything was great except for one problem.... Do not stay in any of the cottages near cottage number 6.... There is an owner there who does not have control of their dogs I could not sleep most of the week that I was there her dogs would not shut up!!!!」

「The house was GREAT. The views were just beautiful from the house, the decks, the pool and the dock. The house decor was both adult and kid friendly. Lots of room for small kids to play, lots of places for adults to gather, with or without TV. Watching Thursday night football from the hot tub was a hit for my family! A responsive host, a clean beautiful house and some warm sunny days made for a wonderful week for us. We hope to be back!」

「Clean rooms, great hot tub, responsive host, and wonderful lake activities. This property has 3 kayaks and a peddle boat available which my friends and I loved! The big smart TV was a huge plus for a movie night, and we enjoyed the big kitchen and bench style dining room table.」

「This was an awesome place to stay close to Fredericksburg. We did not notice any of the issues outlined in previous reviews. Beds were comfortable, house was very clean, and we enjoyed our stay here quite a bit. Communication with the host was hassle free and the check in process was easy. 「It was a nice house. There was a crack in the downstairs tub The hot tub was gross. I reached out to the person I was suppose to and she did nothing about anything I still enjoyed my family and the lake, but for the money paid, not sure I will choose this particular house again. Oh and I called for trash to picked up. Never happened we took it ourselves 」
