None of 4 radiators were working, and when a technician came in the next day to repair, he said that all radiators were controlled in the basement that is locked and he was not able to access. I warned him, but he was very rude and only said he would try it. When this was done amongst the guests, the manager was not present, which resulted in a lack of say.
