I have no issues with the property, but their service and customer support is not it at all. My flight got changed by United Airline that I had to check-in and out a day earlier. I had to book just an extra day and was told I will be refunded my unused stay. To my surprise, no credit or refund was given; spoke to a representative and they said a day refund will be issued, but unfortunately it wasn’t. I spoke with Expedia customer service, they called the hotel and was told no credit or refund will be issued.
