When I called, the person I talked to was very helpful and left us a key in the lockbox. So it all worked out. We would have liked to have had drinking glasses, a dish towel, paper towels in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean and functional. It was quiet. We would stay there again."
