"Great property. & venue for our large group of 8 adults. We had reservations for the Pool House initially & paid in full in July 2025.The Pool House property was sold in August 2025.The new owner reached out to us & informed us. We lost time & it almost ruined our plans for a family wedding. VRBO made our reservations for the Priscilla House which was larger & more upscale than the original property.. Great property near the beach. The only feedback I have is that there were no soap, laundry detergent or cleaning supplies available."

"The weather was perfect for the amazing beach days! The cottage had everything from towels, stocked kitchen utensils, TV, beach chairs, sand toys an umbrella and an outside shower! I would recommend 3 things: if you have a lot of groceries or heavier items a foldable wagon to make your walk along the walkway from your car to the cottage a little easier. Also possibly water shoes/crocs: the coast line has a fair amount of rocks along the edge of the shore. Lastly, get up early and watch the sunrise, I enjoyed my morning coffee from the small upstairs deck, absolutely peaceful, beautiful and a memory I plan to remember during one of our New England Nor'easter snow storms!"

"Steps to the beach were fabulous! Deck with great view of ocean. House & guest house wonderful (expect stairs in main house going to the 3 bedrooms a bit steep) others fabulous place to stay. Every amenity included. Central a.c., washer dryer, & plenty of parking. . Outside Fenced in back yard with gas grill and picnic table. Host was wonderful. We all had a wonderful stay!!!"

"The rental home was very clean. You don’t have to bring anything with you. The kitchen is stocked with all appliances, pots pans, and anything you would ever need. It is also close proximity to grocery stores and very walkable to beach access. We’re so happy we found this beautiful getaway. Our pup loves the private backyard."

"This is our favorite East Coast vacation spot. Johanna is the consummate hostess and it is a delight to be greeted with her warmth and hospitality. The bungalows are so comfortable, and well stocked with everything needed for cooking and bathing. We will look forward to a return trip early fall. It’s a slice of paradise and an easy few minutes’ walk to the ocean. Five stars are not enough. Five plus!!!"
