Our spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house offers a comfortable and inviting space for up to 5 guests (One additional guest is acceptable, but they will need to sleep on a mattress without a frame.). The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms have cozy queen-sized bed and a single-sized bed. The open-concept living area includes a stylish living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.
The dishwasher is not for use, but guests can use it as a drying rack for washed dishes.
The large garbage bin is located in the basement. If guests stay longer than 5 or 7 days, they can store their garbage in this bin and place it on the street for collection on the designated day.
There is a balcony in the bedroom, and we kindly ask that the door remains closed, as well as the front and back doors.
The driveway provides ample parking for up to two vehicles.
Please note that the garage is not available to guests.

Noise Levels: In respect for our neighbours, we kindly request that noise levels are kept to a minimum, particularly between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM.
Cleaning: While we ensure the suite is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival, we expect guests to maintain the cleanliness of the property during their stay.
No Pets or Smoking: Our suite is strictly a pet-free and smoke-free space. Violation of this policy may result in extra cleaning fees or potential eviction without refund.
Safety: For your safety, and in compliance with local regulations, the suite is equipped with a smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first-aid kit.
Self Check-In: We use a lockbox for smooth and contactless check-ins. Detailed instructions will be provided prior to your arrival.

A large green compost bin is located on the basement staircase, with a smaller bin in the kitchen. Fill the small compost bags, tie them, and place them in the larger bin. Blue bags are available for recycling. Both compost and recycling are collected every Tuesday morning, or Wednesday if Tuesday is a statutory holiday.
