After a day on the slopes or exploring Whistler’s trails, you return to a fireside living room, the glow of the fireplace reflecting off snow-dusted windows. Evenings slow down here - steam rising from the hot tub, mountains standing still beyond the glass.



Living Space

Set in the peaceful Blueberry Hill neighborhood, this five-bedroom chalet offers space to spread out while staying connected. Expansive windows frame views of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains and bring natural light into every level of the home. The main living area centers around a wood-burning fireplace, creating a comfortable gathering place after winter adventures. A formal dining room with seating for eight anchors shared meals, while nearby living spaces allow for quieter moments to read, work, or unwind.



Sleeping Arrangements

The home sleeps up to 10 guests across five thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. The primary bedroom on the top floor features a king bed, a private fireplace, and an ensuite with a soaking tub and glass-enclosed shower. A second upper-level bedroom offers two twin beds and a private ensuite with a bathtub. The third bedroom includes a queen bed with its own ensuite. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, fireplace, and TV, and connects via a Jack-and-Jill ensuite to the fifth bedroom, which features two twin beds and a loft area accessed by a ladder.



Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for easy group cooking, whether you are preparing a hearty breakfast before skiing or a relaxed dinner at the end of the day. The adjacent formal dining room encourages long, lingering meals, while the breakfast bar provides additional seating for casual mornings.



Outdoor Living

Winter days often end outdoors here, soaking in the private hot tub as snow falls quietly around you. The rooftop deck offers wide mountain views and fresh alpine air, while the private backyard provides space to step outside and reset between adventures. You’ll have in-unit washer and dryer, central heating, air conditioning, portable fans, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair. A two-car garage and additional driveway parking make arrivals easy, and the lowest level includes a spacious mudroom with storage for winter gear. Self check-in with a smart lock allows for a smooth, flexible arrival.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Stairs. Please note that entry to this property is up 26 steps from the driveaway

• Air conditioning. Air conditioning is in the primary bedroom on the top floor of the chalet only

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
