The Space:

Snow settles quietly into the surrounding evergreens as the mountains frame each window, and evenings unfold to the glow of fireplaces and the gentle steam of the hot tub. Mornings begin with crisp alpine air on the deck, coffee in hand, before the day draws you toward the slopes or into a slower rhythm indoors. After time outside, you return to warmth, space, and the calm that comes from being tucked into the mountains.



Living spaces

Set across three levels, the chalet balances generous shared areas with comfortable separation for groups. The main living area centers around a stone fireplace beneath vaulted ceilings, with large windows bringing the winter landscape inside. A dedicated media room with a projector and gas fireplace offers a cozy retreat for movie nights or quiet evenings after skiing. The flow continues onto a large deck off the kitchen, where the mountain setting feels close even in colder months.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is designed for gathering and ease, whether you are preparing simple breakfasts before heading out or settling in for a shared dinner. It opens directly to the dining area, which comfortably seats eight, and keeps everyone connected while meals come together. With everything needed for cooking and serving on hand, the space supports both everyday routines and longer stays.



Sleeping arrangements

The chalet accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, each offering privacy and thoughtful details. On the upper level, the primary bedroom features a gas fireplace, walk-in closet, balcony, and an ensuite with both a bathtub and glass-enclosed shower. Also upstairs is a second bedroom with two bunk beds and its own ensuite.

On the lower level, the third bedroom includes a Tribunk and an ensuite. The fourth bedroom offers a king bed with direct access to the hot tub deck and an ensuite. The fifth bedroom features a king bed, fireplace, reading nook, and ensuite. A main-level powder room adds convenience. In total, there are five bedrooms, 10 beds, and 5.5 bathrooms.



Outdoor living and ski access

After a day on the mountain, the lower-level hot tub becomes a natural gathering point, surrounded by quiet and cool winter air. The chalet offers ski-in/ski-out access that connects to the Yellow Brick Road Run and the Blackcomb Gondola via a short walk of about 100 meters along the street, with access dependent on snowfall and weather conditions. Dedicated ski storage in the mudroom makes transitions simple.



Practical comforts

Air conditioning, heating, indoor fireplaces, and portable fans support comfort year-round. The home includes WiFi and a dedicated workspace, a washer and dryer, and a private two-car garage with additional visitor parking. Self check-in via smart lock help make arrivals and departures smooth, whether for a weekend stay or a longer visit.

This home is near an ongoing construction project. No activity takes place during weekends or the Christmas and New Year holidays.



Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by visitor parking. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Summit Chalet is located in one of Whistler’s most exclusive ski-in/ski-out neighbourhoods on the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain. With only a handful of private residences, it offers a quiet and luxurious alpine setting just minutes from Whistler Village. From Summit Chalet, guests enjoy direct access to the Yellow Brick Road ski run—just a short 100-meter walk from the front door—leading to the Blackcomb Gondola and the base of the mountain.



Getting Around:

• 1-minute walk to Yellow Brick Road ski run.

• 3-minute drive or 19-minute walk to Upper Village (much shorter and direct if walking down the ski run).

• 4-minute drive or 19-minute walk to Whistler Village.

• 25-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market

• 6-minute drive to Fresh St. Market

• 30-minute walk or 4-minute drive to Chateau Fairmont Golf Course.

• 45-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to Lost Lake



Other Things to Note:

• The homesite next door is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, Whistler municipality permits construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm daily. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve applied a construction discount to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything from ski rentals to dinner reservations. While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, we’re only a phone call or email away should you need assistance.
