The Space:
Snow settles quietly into the surrounding evergreens, and the mountains feel close enough to touch as you arrive. Inside, warmth builds from stone fireplaces and heated floors, while outside the forest rests under a winter hush. Days unfold at the pace of the slopes, and evenings invite you to slow down, gather, and settle in.
The home spans 4,646 square feet across two levels and accommodates up to twelve guests with five bedrooms and 5.5 baths. Set in Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood, it offers ski-in access with seasonal ski-in/ski-out convenience and access to the private Kadenwood Gondola, connecting you to Creekside Village in minutes.
Sleeping arrangements
The primary suite features a king bed, seating area, walk-in closet, and an ensuite with a deep soaker tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. A secondary suite also includes a king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite with its own soaker tub and double vanity. The third bedroom offers king-split beds with an ensuite walk-in shower, while the fourth bedroom has two bunk beds and an ensuite shower. On the lower level, the fifth bedroom includes a queen bed, a steam-room shower ensuite, and a secondary entrance, creating a quiet retreat after full days on the mountain.
Living spaces
Floor-to-ceiling windows frame forest and valley views, filling the main living area with soft winter light. A limestone fireplace anchors the space, making it easy to settle in with conversation or a quiet evening indoors. Downstairs, the media room offers plush seating, a TV, foosball table, and a stone gas fireplace for relaxed nights after skiing.
Kitchen and dining
The chef’s kitchen is designed for shared meals, with Brazilian quartzite counters, custom white oak cabinetry, and high-end appliances. A breakfast bar, while the dining table comfortably seats ten, surrounded by tall windows overlooking the trees. A separate prep kitchen supports larger gatherings, and a temperature-controlled wine room and indoor mini bar add ease to evenings spent at home.
Outdoor living
Winter days end naturally outdoors, where a private hot tub stays open around the clock, inviting long soaks beneath the stars. The patio includes outdoor furniture and a fire pit, creating a natural gathering spot on crisp nights before returning indoors to warmth.

Heated floors, indoor fireplaces, portable fans, and laundry facilities support longer stays. A dedicated workspace with desk and office chair offers a quiet place to check in when needed. The heated garage includes free parking and a Tesla charger, and a private entrance and mudroom make transitions from the slopes simple.

Kadenwood offers ski-in access via a short walk to the Lower Peak to Creek trail, with ski-in return options through Upper Kadenwood, Big Timber, or Home Run. The private gondola provides a direct connection to Creekside Village for dining, shops, and additional lift access.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighbourhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, Kadenwood has several homes that remain under construction. Construction is typically active from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but is permitted from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests may experience construction noise from machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We won't offer additional compensation for construction disturbances. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
