There is no smoking. Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am are enforced. Behavior negatively impacting the neighborhood will result in fines and/or eviction.
Description This bright penthouse suite is ski in/out and has slopeside views. Recently renovated, it is modern and minimalistic. The magnificent Fairmont Chateau Whistler is just steps away.

Location This vacation home is on the 5th and 6th floors of Le Chamois on Blackcomb Way. It is at the base of Blackcomb in the Upper Village. It is a 5-minute level walk to Whistler Village.
Ski Access The Blackcomb Gondola is 30 steps from the back door of Le Chamois. To the right of the gondola is the Magic Chair, a favourite for beginners. To access Whislter Mountain walk 5 minutes to Whistler Village or take the Peak to Peak Gondola from the top.
Added Convenience 2 free parking spaces in Le Chamois underground parking, 6'10 height clearance. Additional pay parking available. In-suite laundry Free ski + snowboard valet on Level PL at Spicy Sports Secured bike room in underground P level where bikes must be stored. Bring a bike lock. Complimentary concierge services. We’ll answer questions and manage the details of your Whistler trip: airport transfers, private and group ski & snowboard lessons, lift passes, equipment rentals, activities, heli-skiing, dinner reservations and pre-arrival groceries.
Things to Know Do not leave skis, poles, snowboards or bikes inside the apartment at any point during your stay. The Bedroom with bunk beds does not have a window. Sorry, no pets.

I don’t think there are any places closer to the Blackcomb gondola than this. And the main room is perfect for friends to hang out together after skiing. We had 3 families with kids and had a wonderful time.
Will definitely stay here again. Great place with lots of room. Easy walk to the lift and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Perfect for families. In walking distance of Whistler village and right in Blackcomb village with a beautiful view of the mountain!
This condo, located right by the Blackcomb Gondola, was so perfect for 9 people. The adults loved having their own bathrooms. The kids loved the bunk room! The kitchen was very equip. The location was perfect. Steps away from the slopes. Would definitely stay here again!
It was a great stay. The location is perfect, the kitchen is very stocked. The beds were comfortable and the main area was great for us all.
My only suggestion is maybe a few more face towels and that the upstairs masters bathroom needs to snaked.

The location is ideal and the condo is immaculate. You have the option to cook at home but the Fairmont Hotel is right across the street. So lots of dining and shopping options after a long day of skiing. Highly recommend.
Beautiful condo in an ideal location right next to the Blackcomb gondola and amongst the upper village shops and restaurants. Mark and his team were fantastic in helping us with any needs, accommodating and flexible with some unique needs, and very responsive. Highly recommend!
The place is gorgeous- all the windows in the living space brought in a lot of natural light. I love that the kitchen table was big enough for all 9 of us to sit around. I also liked that the pots, pans and baking sheets were all nice quality. All the bedrooms & bathrooms were a good size. I appreciated all the hangers and drawer space. One of our friends has a disability so it was nice that we weren’t far from Whistler Village. The unit is above a restaurant and it was noisy during the weekend, but we didn’t hear any of that in our room. We definitely recommend this place and will stay here again!
Great upper village location, fully stocked kitchen with great appliances and excellent selection of dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster etc. The large bedrooms have very comfortable beds with high end linens.
Easy walk to lower village but you could easily stay on site with multiple restaurants steps away.
Comfortable living room with a cozy fireplace and really beautiful view of the mountain. Manager was very easy to communicate with and access, parking was a breeze.
Bathrooms could use an update.

Le Chamois 510 was everything we hoped it would be! It was clean, spacious, well-stocked, and in an ideal location. The unit overlooks Blackcomb mountain, so it’s perfect for watching skiers come down the slopes (and also to check the length of the gondola queue). There are plenty of restaurants in the Upper Village and the walk to the Village Center is a 5 minute picturesque stroll. There you will find tons of shops, restaurants, cafes, and the lifts for Whistler mountain.
All communications were easy and clear. We had all of the info we needed to check-in, get access to wi-fi, and check-out. Having laundry in the unit was also perfect and allowed us to pack lighter. We highly recommend 510 for a trip to Whistler!
This property has everything you need. The location is perfect, probably even better than a ski-in/ski-out because you can easily walk to Blackcomb Gondola, and just as easily walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. We didn't even have a car, and it really didn't matter at all. Ski rentals are available in the same building, and the same shop provides free overnight storage to guests (even if you brought your own) so you don't need to take your skis into the building at night. Walk to Whistler village is about 5 minutes. I wouldn't want to do it in ski boots, but that isn't necessary if you choose your routes carefully on the mountain. There is enough of an apres scene in Blackcomb Village. Overall the unit was as advertised, clean, and in very good condition. Nice views of the mountain. Management was great with communication for check-in, which was all we needed since there were no issues. We were a group of 8 with 4 adults, two teens, and two children. There was plenty of space. Also the lobby is staffed all night, which came in very handy when the airlines lost one of our bags and delivered it in the middle of the night. Overall, great experience and would rent again.
