A fully equipped kitchen features stainless appliances and granite countertops, with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. A breakfast bar with two stools makes mornings easy, while the dining table seats six for shared dinners and conversation. Just off the kitchen, a mudroom provides benches, storage, and a boot dryer for smooth transitions after time outdoors.
Sleeping arrangements
The lower level includes two bedrooms: a primary suite with a king bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with glass-enclosed shower, and a second bedroom with a king-split bed and nearby bathroom featuring a deep bathtub and shower combination. Upstairs on the main level, the third bedroom offers a tri-bunk (double and single) and two beanbag chairs, alongside a bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. This location offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to Whistler’s best outdoor experiences.

• Hot tub hours. The Snowbird complex shared hot tub is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
