The front desk staff was fantastic. Liani in particular was exceptional. She assisted us on numerous occasions throughout our staff and even assisted with making sure we were able to get the best rate that was appropriate for our stay and our group. Our stay at SkyCity Hotel was phenomenal! We arrived hours before our check-in, but luckily there was a room that was readily available that they were able to give us. We were able to leave our luggage with the concierge while we went to a breakfast spot across the street that they had recommended. Great location for shopping and food options. We didn’t rent a car, but a lot of places were within walking distance. Absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely stay again!

The newest hotel of the three in the chain at Sky City. Absolutely beautiful hotel. We saved the best for last. Accommodations were outstanding. Front desk stored on luggage on the last day b/c we had a late flight. Even offered us to use the workout facility to shower before we left for the airport-a first for me. The Grill Restaurant at the hotel food and service gets a 5 star rating. Ir is now my place to stay in Auckland.

The property was very clean but the standout reason I would go there again is the staff. We had a small issue with breakfast one morning and they went above and beyond to rectify it. They were kind enough to get us a van for our ride back to the airport and when my son accidentally left his wallet in the van, I called the hotel. They were able to reach (by some means) the driver who returned to the airport with the wallet. Every member of the staff ensured that our stay was memorable.
