Lake Almanor CC Cabin filtered lake and full mountain view

Our family cabin has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, 2 garages, Wi-Fi(StarLink), Direct Tv, 2 Smart TVs , fireplace, central heat, no a/c (it’s a mountain cabin) full kitchen with all the amenities, washer/dryer, outside bbq, bing pong table, 2 kayaks, golf cart. Close to Rec 1 and rec 2. This is not a party house,! We have neighbors so be respectful. This cabin is in the perfect location for whatever you choose to do! Your kids can play at the Rec 1 park, play tennis, play basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, or pickleball. Rec 1 is only a few minutes, in golf cart or car, from our cabin.

Three golf courses (closed in winter) and they are: lake Almanor Country Club (9 holes) and less than 3 minutes from the cabin. Bailey Creek Golf Course (18 holes) and 5 minutes away. Lake Almanor West (18 holes) and 20 minutes away from the cabin.

**Lake Almanor Country Club charges an 'Occupancy fee' of $150.00 per stay (1-14 days). There is also a fee for bringing a boat (if applicable). The boat fee is for use of the loading ramp and parking privileges by the docks. The boat fee is $125 per week. The occupancy fee (and boat fee if applicable) will need to be paid by check or credit card to LACC with your registration form two weeks prior to your arrival. The LACC registration form will be emailed to you once your booking is complete. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE ARE NOT OUR FEES. These are IN ADDITION to the rental fees and charged by LACC. LACC REQUIRES RENTER REGISTRATION FORM, OCCUPANCY FEE ($150), AND BOAT FEE (If applicable $125) 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY!

If you prefer to mail in your registration form and a check, you may do so within 2 weeks of your arrival.

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY WITH LACC FORMS.

Rental and lake stuff. The Knotty Pine Resort and Marina (530) 596-3348 is only a few minutes away. You are able to rent boats, kayaks, jet skis and more.
