「My husband and I enjoyed our stay at The Stray Cat Inn very much. Ramona's hospitality and communication was exceptional. The accommodations were very comfy and cozy. We had everything we would need and more. We had, like probably many others, forgotten a couple things but just a quick look in a cupboard and there it was. From the booking to the checkout it was stress free! We will definitely choose this Inn again for a stay in or nearby Westport and recommend it to friends and family!」

「My family's weekend stay at this cottage was wonderful. The property has everything you could ask for, and the children loved the outdoor playground, and getting out on the lake. It didn't hurt to wake up in the morning to that gorgeous view, either! Our only regret was that we hadn't booked a longer stay - would definitely return for another visit!」

「Beautiful views and lots of space for 5 friends to hang out for a weekend and enjoy a little nature. We made use of the canoe and kayaks to explore shorelines and nearby island. Shopping fairly close in Gananoque but your GPS may take you to visit neighbouring cottages before getting back on track to the local highways. That was part of the adventure.」

「The house had a well stocked kitchen for dishes,etc. we did find the fridge a bit small. There were plenty of linens and towels. All the bedrooms are a good size. Pretty location. You can also park in front of the house, which we didn’t know until we unloaded our vehicles. Right next to the local store and LCBO. Wonderful coffee shop a walk away. Very pretty little town」

「Overall we enjoyed our trip and the property is at a very nice location. Owner is very responsive and professional. Few improvements or additions required specially during winters: - Hot water in washroom (there was a gas geyser but it was not available to use for winter period. Gas gyser should be made available during winter season for convenience) - More cleaning items for washroom -No WiFi in the facility. Listing should be updated.」

「This cottage is just as advertised. Well equipped, beautiful quiet location. We walked, kayaked, went into town to explore. We spent our down time on the screened in porch which was fantastic. Internet was not workjng when we arrived and a service call was placed. The outage was due to the satellite dish being moved, NO fault of the owner!! Carol was very responsive in expediting the repair.」

「We very much enjoyed our stay. The hosts are wonderful - friendly, flexible, accommodating, great communication. Cozy, comfortable cottage, with everything ready for a fun time. We appreciated having access to a few different boats, as well as the library and games room. The lake is beautiful, with a charming little town nearby. The water was very calm when we were there, and we saw a ton of fish jumping. There are other cottages close by on the property, which limits privacy somewhat.」
