Dear LesI am very sorry you were disappointed with your stay. It is difficult to comment without knowing exactly what the problem was. If any guest has an issue whilst here I am more than happy, and in fact would prefer, to try to rectify it at the time if it is brought to my attention. I must say I am at a loss to know what it might have been as the unit you stayed in was refurbished only about a year ago with a completely new bathroom. It is clean, well equipped and in a pleasant setting with its own garden courtyard. It normally only generates very positive feed-back, in fact an excellent review was left for the same room only days earlier. We always strive to present our accommodation to a high standard and always interact with guests in a professional manner. One night in Westport
Sadly we only had one night in Westport but was part of a 4 night West/upper South trip, weather was amazing, meet with the locals at the pub of course, went up to Dennison and then did Coal-town in the morning, was great, we will return, motel hosts were great

This motel is very dated. Our room had mould on the door curtain, the bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom vanity had seen much better days. We felt it was very over priced compared with other accomodation we have stayed in. Unfortunately, it was also noisy as there was another room directly above.

This was a nice place and quiet. It had a spa bath, which I paid extra for, but not worth the extra. Room serviced each day to a high standard. Good location.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We and our staff pride ourselves on our high standard of cleanliness and presentation. The net $10 per night difference in price between a spa unit and a standard unit covers extras in the room such as mineral bath salts, bath robes, wine flutes as well as the extra hot water required for the large spa bath.

Convenient stop over on our way down the west coas
Lovely stay on route down west coast. Clean and tidy and convenient location for us. Was a bit of a walk into town to the restaurant we chose to eat at but there was a supermarket and other places to eat quite close by. Enjoyed the seal colony that was a short drive down the coast

Enjoyable stay in Westport
The premises was well kept, and in good order. Lynn was helpful with her recommendations for dining in Westport. She showed us to the room, and once there, pointed out the amenities which were more than satisfactory for my stay. I would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

Lovely, spacious unit for our family of 5. We were very excited to have two bathrooms - what a luxury! Everything was clean and kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Welcoming and comfortable
The motel is superb! We had a great stay very friendly and welcoming, the back garden with the ferns was beautiful and the bathroom brand new!

Good room friendly staff. There were not a lot of people there our room was down the back and first thing next morning skill saws etc started very very noisey especially after we got away for a quiet weekend spoilt it a bit

I am sorry to hear you were disturbed by noise. We had a tiler working on a bathroom. He only worked on weekdays, no weekends, and it had been arranged that he would not start before 8.30am. Unfortunately improvements can create some disruption. We do our best to keep that to a minimum. The result is outstanding. If you would like to visit again we will allocate you to that room at no extra cost so that you can enjoy the final product!

Comfortable stay
The motel was very clean. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and showed us to our room. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Westport I highly recommend the ASURE.

Rapport qualité/prix excellent!
Hôtel bien situé : le centre ville est accessible à pied et près du stade. La chambre est propre, lit confortable et très grand. Il y a un réfrigérateur , une bouilloire pour le thé, un micro onde. Salle de bain étroite . Rapport qualité/prix: excellent. La propriétaire est très accueillante et nous donne d excellents conseils pour visiter la région !! Nous y reviendrons !!
