「This was our second time staying here. We love the location and the amenities provided. Paul and Gabriel are both so helpful and accommodating. The upstairs apartment is clean and bright, and with so many windows in all the rooms, the cross breeze keeps it cool at night. Loved waking up to coffee on the small deck, and watching the birds and monkeys, even the chickens. 「If check-in time is 3:00 p.m., the rooms should be ready and available for guests at that time. I checked in at 3:12 p.m., yet the room assigned to me was not ready. I was only able to access my room at 3:57 p.m., nearly an hour after the stated check-in time. This is unacceptable and does not meet the standard of service I would expect. Guests should not have to wait this long for a room after the official check-in time.」
