This exquisite Lake house built in 2021 has Lake views on two sides with 150 foot of lake front.
The boat house has two floors. Upper room to sit and or play Shuffle board,darts and more. The lower deck has 2 canoes, a kayak, swimming floats, life jackets and a seating area to enjoy this beautiful lake.
It is a wonderful place to fish! The covered Porch has a nice sectional sofa with a open view of the lake. The back deck has a high top table and chairs that swivel and grill to cook on. The perfect spot for meals.
A set of China and big roasting pan is avalable for all holiday meals!
Two bedrooms each with a full bathroom upstairs. Nice size closets and draw space.
New Bosch appliances,Kitchen Quartz, gas stove . Two bar stools at kitchen counter over looking the lake great place for Coffee. Electric fireplace in the middle of the down stairs makes the room so comfy. A 3 season porch made into a small office!

Summer
Wachusett Mountain State Reservation only 4 miles away and has 12 miles of trails.
6 miles to the Public Golf course. In the Summer there is So much to do on the lake as is the winter! come play, relax and enjoy ! Outdoor games corn hole and ring Toss. A Ice Cream truck goes by the house!

Enjoy most of the summer activities as well as the amazing colors we have in the fall. The Circle around the cute neighborhood is approximately a half mile

December 2022 new large washer dryer added!
It’s capable of doing a load of wash in 15 minutes! Before checking out our please put the linens and towels in the washer then dryer. You can put the clean laundry on the beds for the cleaning ladies. Leaving one load in each the dryer and washer is ok. If you are unable message me before you leave I can take care of it. Please leave everything in the boat house as you found it for the next guests to enjoy. Also please take all the food that you brought.

* Toilet paper (1 roll for each bathroom)
* Dish detergent
* Dishwasher detergent
* 4 garbage bags
* Liquid Hand Soap (1 in each bathroom)
