The room was clean as usual. The hotel staff and maintenance man was awesome. The only disappointment was the pool and hot tub weren’t available for each night of my stay.

Room, cold when I arrived, tried to change the temperature and it kept blowing cold. ask the front desk to move me and they immediately responded and put me in a new room. The new room was at 21 degrees, which was good. tried to add heat and the thermostat wouldn't respond, the air conditioning turned on when selected however the heat wouldn't. Staff are always good, rooms not so.
