「Was told The room was €526 payable in cash only, despite booking through Expedia at €475 inclusive! We also queried his charge for dog of €13 / night, when advertised as €7 / night on Expedia. He said it is Expedia’s problem and not his, and that we need to ask them to amend his prices. He says he doesn’t have a card machine and told us where the cash points were. Clearly a customer orientated operator, not! After a long journey we agreed to pay up as would be too much hassle to go...
