Enjoy our well-equipped, modern kitchen and inviting living & dining areas; king bedroom and oversized bath offer luxurious rest & relaxation. Near Lake Erie, hike/bike/ski trails; wineries; 10 mi to CHQ Inst.; 85 mi to Niagara Falls. Large king-sized bedroom has Sleep Number bed with dual controls. Luxury kitchen equipped with Wolf appliances, Sub-Zero refrigerator and Made In gourmet cookware. Spacious living room and dining room with Smart TV and wall-unit fireplace. Quiet apartment overlooks village Main Street. Back entrance with keyless entry and attached garage. Stairs to second floor; not ADA. Unable to accept pets due to owner allergy.
Loft guests have access to off-street parking, attached garage, and first level foyer & closet. Stairs lead to second floor living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 .5 baths, bedroom, laundry. Guests do not have access to basement and first-level business space. Basement and first-level business are separated by securely locked doors; first-level office space is a quiet business office with limited weekday hours.
The living room features a remote-controlled wall unit fireplace and remote-controlled window coverings. The fireplace in the bedroom is not a working fireplace, currently.
