"The room was clean but the shower shampoo and conditioner pumps were not working, We complained and it was replaced with 2 shampoos. The staff was friendly when we checked in… 2nd n 3rd day… they pretended to be busy with phone or computer… 4 th day, check out n returned key. Airport shuttle on time as scheduled"

"Very nice hotel. Public areas are very well maintained and you can grab a drink or a bite at any time of the day / night. Check-in was very smooth and quick and staff was always very helpful. Breakfast is just wonderful - with such a great variety of foods and high quality. Just a couple of notes: room layout with sink in bathroom could be revisited and the rooms have limited storage for clothes and no minibar / slippers / bathrobes. Other than that, lovely stay in the heart of Geneva! Thank you!"
