「It was well above average, but could be better」

「Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel was clean and had nice decor. Room was spacious and temperate. Breakfast selection was minimal. Hot selection was cold, and inedible. Room 303 shared two walls with the lift shaft, and as such every time the lift was used the noise would wake us.」

「The accomodation is excellent but the staff lacks attention to details. I had requested a breakfast pack (as I had paid) to be prepared as I had to check out early the next day. I repeated my request twice and the reception confirmed. However the next day nothing was prepared. I had earlier requested the same at another hotel and there was absolutely no problem. 」

「Clean, spacious, nice balcony, modern bathroom, toasty warm room (it was cold outside). 」
