「very little worked in our rooms」

「Didn’t get to check in because they wouldn’t wake up to check us in. We called ahead to let them know we were going to be arriving at 2am. They said ring the bell. We didn’t for over 20min. We could hear them snoring. Yelled for them. Didn’t matter. Lost $100 on that hotel and had to go get a different one. Expedia should remove hotel from app.」

「The room was very clean. The door was hard to open and to shut. We were on the 2 nd floor the walk way needs to be repair and the stairs to the 2 nd floor had areas that were rusted out and is dangerous would have taken pictures but it was raining wish they had turned on their conditioner it was very warm in the room when we checked in. But room itself was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Felt very safe walking my dog around the property.」
