「The hotel was experiencing some technical difficulties with room keys during our stay. BUT, the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful in a situation that was highly stressful. Guests were given complimentary hors d'oeuvres and drinks for the inconvenience. Also, a complimentary breakfast. Our hotel room exceeded our expectations! It was large and beautiful.
