Wish the weather was nicer so we could have enjoyed the patio space but that’s Iowa weather for you. Would definitely stay here again!」

「Brand new, beautiful condo in the heart of Arnold’s Park. Conveniently located, walk to restaurants, bars, pier, etc. Great place, we loved it!」

「Rachel & Chad were wonderful hosts. We got in town early, planning to see some sights, but the weather was cold and rainy. I called them to see if we could get in early and they were happy to accommodate us. The condo was exactly the way it was described. Very clean and comfortable. Thank you for your hospitality!!」

「Allison's condo worked superbly for our extended family of nine, ranging in age from 4.5 to 98.5! The mobility challenges of my aged mother were well accommodated by the layout of the condo, as well as its walk-in shower in the master suite, and the building's elevator system. (Note: There ARE rather long halls from the elevator to the condo, on the 4th floor, but Mom has a walker with a seat in it, so this enabled us to push her down the halls versus expecting her to walk...and we could leave...

「Perfect location. Great size an amenities for a group of five. Only issue was bedroom facing street was very warm and whoever sleeps on pullout couch will wake up to sun. However, we enjoyed everything else about it! Would definitely book again.」
