"Convenient location. Local restaurant within walking distance. Amiable staff and very decent free breakfast. Room not in great shape (peeling wall paper in bath, degraded caulk in shower). 4 stars mainly because nightly rate of $190 seems awfully high for rural ARK."

"My son n I enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Motel n will come back again on our next visit. 😁 Room was cozy, Air worked very well, no bugs, clean linen was given daily if needed n management was friendly n accommodating. 😁"

"There are stairs to check in and get to the ice machine. So, not handicap friendly. The room was decent and bed soft. I would return, if in the area. "

"What a lovely country cabin. I had an excellent stay during my visit and when I come back this will be the number one place I look to book. It’s so beautiful and quiet and peaceful and private. Except for the bulls. They see everything. The host was amazing with her communication and answered every question I had. Also the internet connection was pretty strong considering the location. I was able to work with minimal issues. Cooking was manageable even with the small table top oven/stove top they provided. Also the outdoor shower was the star of the show! Just make sure not to leave the lights on out there at night or the bugs WILL swarm. I learned that the hard way lol. I can’t wait to visit this place again. "
