I only stayed one night but the room served its purpose. It was clean and decent, the front desk lady was very helpful and nice, but the breakfast should've been included, I had to pay a separate fee for that, very limited parking but other than that, my stay was fine. I would stay again if I needed to.

Fantastic stay!!! Prime spot to stay if going into city for anything and wanting a quiet retreat afterwards. Highly recommended.

The rooms were okay. Customer service was horrible. The way some of the managers treated their workers was despicable to see. Also, I dont like how heavily breakfast was monitored.

We love this place. Whenever we’re in Manhattan this is our spot. The staff are great, the location is really good to commute into the city and back.

This hotel is great value. Would definitely stay here again. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. The only thing is that the property is getting old and it could use an update.
