「Excellent apartment with super comfortable bed, spacious living/dining area and good kitchen. Host was very helpful, speedy with communications and eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Whilst the apartment needs a little 'freshening up' (ie. minor wear & tear issues), it is very well located with a stunning view of the Hudson, quiet at night and good grocery shopping very close by. The washer & dryer are very useful! Subway is about 15 mins walk. 」

「We had a good experience at this VRBO! It was convenient to times square, good food, and broadway shows. It was a little tight inside but perfectly fine for sleeping. They provided us with ear plugs, extra towels and sheets, and shampoo and conditioner. Communication was great, we got responses right away. The location felt pretty safe, in the back part of the building with multiple doors. Would stay again!! 」

「We visited New York for a few days to see some shows on Broadway and experience the city. The location was perfect, a few blocks from Central Park, a few blocks from the bar, close to the metro, great restaurants. Interestingly, the original apartment we rented had some problems with electricity, but Carmen was very responsive and made other living arrangements for us close by, which were very satisfactory, and we ended up having a wonderful time despite the initial hiccup. 「The apartment is great. The pictures don't lie. You step into it and immediately feel at home. Everything you need is there. We ask for the second bed, wich is a proper bed and is very comfortable; as is the one in the bedroom. Also great job on the cleaning, it was spotless. And a huge shout-out to Greg. He is a fantastic host, who greeted us and explained everything in person. So much nicer than just a padlock. He was helpful with all the questions we had and his respone was always very quick....

「While the place was great. There weee issues with the amenities and communication. I do not wish to be responsible for the water leak from the air con, there was absolutely no toilet paper, the garbage disposal while installed did not have ANY switch to turn it on to our dismay. No garbage bags provided Just things that can be corrected. 」

「The apartment is small, but fit our needs as we were basically there to sleep and out being tourists most of the day and night. (2 adults and 2 young adults -- both 20) The location was perfect. Walking distance to theatres, times square, sooo many restaurants and subway when we needed it to get across town to Brooklyn. Alex was so responsive and helpful before and during our stay.」
