「The unit was amazing. It was just as pictured! 4 separate bedrooms - 3 with queens and one with 2 queens. There are three total full baths, one of which is an ensuite. It was a Very quick walk to the train station. The unit was spacious and clean. The area is quiet with a few bodegas and late night pizza nearby. Communication with the host was really easy and the checkin/checkout was flexible as our flights changed. We plan on staying again during our next visit to NYC. 」

「My son and I went to NYC for Spring Break. This apartment is walking distance to Columbus Circle, which makes it easy to get around. Food and groceries are also within walking distance. I really enjoyed the backyard space. Check in was tricky because we flew in and did not arrive until after 5pm.」

「Extremely convenient for any activities on UWS and easy access to Central Park and public transport. Small, as expected for NYC. Communication for check-in was a bit confusing, but worked out. Got no reply to a followup question- we had only one key so that required a lot of coordination with my family member. Bathroom was a bit mildewy and towels had stains, but sheets very clean and soft. Kitchenette is functional. Overall we were happy with the stay, especially the location.」

「Wonderful view from the 40th Floor ! Comfortable and in a good location. Pretty nice furniture and kitchen. Bed was very comfortable but no bedside tables and not a lot of storage space.Great being so near the River and the piers !My husband and I enjoyed staying at the apartment.」

「Location location location! Perfect location to be in the heart of everything, close to subway lines, and lots of food and drinks! Izzy met us immediately and everyone on his team was responsive with the smallest questions. Thanks for hosting us!」

「Booked somewhat last minute. There initially was communication from the host about how many guests were staying in the place. After providing that information I asked about check in process. I received no response until I contacted vrbo customer support. Property manager gave me a different address than the one that was in the confirmation email. He said that was the office address. One of the reasons we picked the property was because of the advertised location. We never saw pictures of this...

「I wanted so much to love this place. It was a location that I hoped that I could use again and again but unfortunately there was no building provided heat on the first night of the stay. Only a small electric heater that took a lot to track down from the host. I had to wear my coat that first night. I was very dissatisfied with the correspondence with the host. So much about the space was good, but no heat was a deal breaker.」
