"The place was perfect, exactly as depicted, in a lovely home in a quiet area a block from bay. It was convenient to most of Kent. The rooms are lovely and cozy with additional pullout on lower floors. I have teens so the added space was a blessing. The host was very kind and attentive checking in and offering any information to make our stay more pleasant. Checking in and out was simple and care free. I would certainly recommend it and intend to stay there again."

"DO NOT COME HERE. The moment I turned on the light in the Kitchen a mouse ran behind the refrigerator. There was no OVEN, just a toaster oven that was filthy. The blinds had caked on grease and dead bugs attached to it. The living room had furniture that looked like it came from a yard sale, all of the furniture had some kind of coverings which had holes or were horribly wrinkled. "Check in was smooth, typical. Room was located on a wing away from the lobby which we liked b/c we could access directly from the parking lot. We were in and out a lot during our stay so that was nice. Room was clean with your usual amenities nothing outstanding. Bathroom again fairly clean but the usual wear from years of use. It was clean with no complaints. Floor was also occupied by many youngsters attending some youth tournament who were quite rambunctious later at night but this was not the hotel's fault. They were paying customers who were a little annoying for a quiet couple just using the hotel to crash. Would recommend but not anything that other area hotels don't provide or offer. We've used a few in that part of town as well as AB&Bs in Annapolis."

"I loved the building. It’s in a lovely spot a block from the bay so shops and restaurants are right out the front door. The building I stayed in was terrific. The only bummer, was my room was quite small, so I would advise not staying in room 1408. It was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. I arrived late at night as was too tired to call for my car and go back to the office to change rooms. That said it was quiet so I slept well."
