Property had a water leak, 1130 at night started running vacs and making lots of noise. The staff should have worried about taking care of the ajoining guest first, before doing remedation after the emegency leak was stopped

Our arrival was totally lacking, we weren’t told where the amenities were what restaurants hours were etc.. We had to crawl down for all of that. Tideline Palm Beach Ocean Resort and Spa
