Our prepaid room was given away upon arrival and we were sent to a hotel in the polar opposite direction at 1 am. After many phone calls and hours of stress we were able to assure we had a room for the remainder of our stay. The hotel itself is fine, the staff is very polite but the hotel clearly hasn’t been updated or kept up with in many years. All in all would not return but Orlando was very lovely.

My wife and I stayed one-night at the hotel. The recepitionist was friendly upon arrival and gave us a smooth checkin experience. The pool was okay. It looked a little dirty with bugs and sticks and all, but it wasn't the worst. The room was homey like a studio apartment. Breakfast was decent. Pancakes were hard, the scrambled eggs were okay. The pork sausages were the only great thing from the menu. It was overall a good stay for someone that needs a place to stay whether for work or for an event.
