「The property description is pretty accurate. Be aware that it is very small. Ground floor so no view. We were uncomfortable because of the small size and a queen size bed. We communicated that to the host and asked for our money back for at least 5 of the seven nights we had paid for. He refused to return any portion of our paid money because he said that the property (small room) description was accurate. It was pretty accurate but even after explaining that it was too small for us he still...

「Location, location, location. Boutiques, cafes, restaurants, the beach all within a block or two. Beautiful old school Palm Beach Hotel if you will. My room was spotless, comfortable and bathroom even had a tub!!!! :-) The queen bed and linens were so comfy. Best four nights I’ve spent traveling solo in awhile. Definitely would book again. Window view is of palm tree fronds & beautifully set pool in the courtyard below. Loved it!!!! 」

「Great place to stay in Singer Island (Riviera Beach). There is plenty of private parking on the two sides. Restaurants are within walking distance and of course the beaches are close as well. The units are updated, clean, with nice showers (plenty of hot water) and updated elongated toilets. They also have a small kitchen. Not big enough to cook large meals, but sufficient for quick vacation meals. The place is very quiet at night.」
