"My husband and I were traveling for business so weren’t able to enjoy all the amenities this rental had to offer and there was a lot! "Having the two apartments side by side with a connecting door was perfect for our situation. Both parties had privacy when needed but could easily share cooking, food and time together as they wished. So many amenities were provided like soaps, paper towels, tissues, garbage bags, linens and even wood for the fire pit. The host was amazing to work with. We loved that we were not butted right up against other lake houses but had space which gave our dog some freedom. The dog loved the water. The...

11. Private tent camping along the Salmon River on 165-acre Farm.

Camden

"We came looking for a camping spot for the solar eclipse. Our site was tucked away at the end of a huge field on a small peninsula with a running river nearby. The camping was amazing, the ground was nice and soft for our tents and we could build the campfire up with an endless supply of firewood. The stars were on full display as there wasnt much light pollution in this area. Taking a splash in the fast and cool river was a highlight. Also loved how sparse the campsites were. great privacy and...

We couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations, the location, the modern amenities, and the gracious host, Nicole, whom we didn’t meet, but was very friendly and helpful when we had questions. We will definitely return soon, and highly recommend this property."

Top West Leyden Hotel Reviews

Ramada by Wyndham Rome / Verona

8/10 Good

"The exterior of the building was pretty rough, with weeds and a defunct/decrepit section that used to be a Denny's. I was dreading what I was going to find in my room but the room and bathroom itself was clean, comfortable and quiet. The air conditioner worked. The TV did not work."

"Singing Pines" Newly Built Vacation Rental

10/10 Excellent

"We had an amazing week at Singing Pines. The cabin is exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a truly comfortable stay. It’s hard to capture just how cozy, inviting, and welcoming it feels. Kelly and her husband are incredibly sweet and kind, and communication is outstanding. We’re already looking forward to returning to Singing Pines soon!"

Adirondack Mountain Lodge

8/10 Good

"Arrived early with permission property was not cleaned. Miscommunication about being cleaned the day before. Cleaner was very responsive and cleaned for a few hours while we waited outside. House has some things that need to be fixed. Main bathroom toilet leaking and can smell sewer gases. Dirty towels in some bedrooms. Missing window screens from some bedrooms and some kitchen cabinets/drawers broken. The property was perfect for our group and we plan to return next year with the hopes these things can be fixed. Had an RV and plenty of parking and property. We were surprised and pleased with the supply of fire wood for inside and outside. Washer and dryer was a plus. No complaints about the beds, mine was very comfortable. I hope the owners read this and do their best to fix things that are simple fixes. My last hope is I get offered a credit for the inconvenience of staying outside while the inside was being cleaned."

Island Waterfront w/Pontoon boat, HotTub, Dogs Lv!

8/10 Good

"John is a wonderful host, helpful and accommodating. Spent 2 nights with 3 of my closest friends. The main comment to describe the main house was, "grandma's camp." (Rustic but homey) The ammentities really made the stay fun, set in a wooded landscape on the lake. The house was clean for the most part. The owner counts on the previous renters to clean the house, all the appliances, including the grill before leaving. We left the toaster oven, trash can and outdoor grill cleaner than we found it."

Island Glamping w/ Boat, HotTub and Pet Friendly

10/10 Excellent

"Amazing! Everything on the island is perfect for the location. It was amazing the things we had access to for free and for rental. Host was AMAZING!! The Island and view was incredible. We stayed in the Glamping tent. Wonderful experience. (Even for a city guy) lolI would definitely do it again! Same tent! The tent is huge with EVERYTHING you need in it. Including a real toilet on the deck for #1. TV, WiFi, Alexa at the beach/fire pit area "
