It was our pleasure to host Dyann and Eric at Manna Hill Farm. They stayed with us during the last days of their Tasmanian holiday before returning to the US, only days before restrictions for the coronavirus were to take effect. They were very thankful for the secluded space and abounding fresh air. We would love to have them return once all the very necessary precautions to control the virus has succeeded! Eric was op reis met zijn moeder. Het was zo ontroerend om te leren dat hij zijn moeder en hun relatie eert door haar elk jaar naar verschillende delen van de wereld te brengen. Zovelen kunnen een pagina uit hun boek nemen! Het was een genot om ze allebei te ontmoeten en het plezier te zien dat ze in het huisje en het uitzicht op Mt Roland hadden - het werd me verteld dat het tranen in de ogen van zijn moeder bracht. Eric en Gerda waren de perfecte gasten en we hopen ze eerder terug te zien, in plaats van later en voor een langer verblijf! De ervaringen met gasten zoals hen die onze inspanningen zinvol maken.
