「I appreciated the quiet street and downtown was in easy walking distance as was a grocery store.I would have liked to have had more resources in the kitchen (most of the spice jars were empty) and a bath mat is needed in the bottom of the shower. Otherwise no complaints at all. What I appreciated most was the promptness of the host when I had questions. Considerate and very helpful. 」

「This is a clean, spacious & quiet basement apartment w/big windows & view. It was reasonably priced, in a great location & perfect for our needs. There were nice touches, like water bottles in the fridge & microwave popcorn & snacks on the kitchen counter left for us. We loved having a large sectional to relax on. The kitchen was well stocked & had a table that could seat up to 6 people (although, for some reason there were only 5 chairs). Our stay was for a funeral but we spent one evening...

A little hiccup with the check in (they never sent the door code), but the host was very responsive and polite and the problem was immediately solved. 0 issues the rest of the stay. The place was clean, the bed was comfy, and everything was as advertised. Very affordable compared to a cramped expensive hotel room downtown with limited parking. I would recommend this to friends and have no problem staying here again.」

The host is very responsive to questions. It was nice to find an organized and professional notebook that gave us the locations of grocery stores, restaurants and hospitals. It also helped us with the experience of sharing the property with the family. 」
